Avida Towers Centera Tower 2 Launched Advance Due to Brisk Sales

Avida Towers Centera is launching its second Tower on July 23, 2011 due to brisk sales and high demand. This is to make way for a fresh set of inventory available to buyers after only four months from the launch of its first Tower.

Avida Towers Centera, which was launched just last March 2011, is a joint venture project with Philippine National Bank (PNB). It is a four-tower residential condominium soon to rise along EDSA cor. Reliance Street in Mandaluyong City.
There are a lot of factors that make Avida Towers Centera attractive to both investors and home buyers, resulting to fast sales take-up,” Avida Land Project Strategic Management Group Head Dez Cruz said.
The first tower sold so fast, only 119 units are left and the demand remains high. With the opening of Tower 2 inventory, 642 units are available for purchase.

According to Cruz, one factor is the accessibility, “Avida Towers Centera’s ideal location brings its residents close to their places of work, schools, churches and hospitals. Access to main roads and public transportation is never a problem,” she explained.
Strategically located along EDSA, the 4-tower Avida Towers Centera will put future residents right where the action is. With its unique in-city living concept, Avida Towers Centera will be built in with a two-floor retail area.
The property is managed, secured and maintained by Ayala Property Management Corporation, renowned for adhering to its strict, high-quality standards. Investors who wish to lease out their units may avail of Leasing Services as per arrangement with management. All these come at reasonable prices ranging from P1.75M to P6.08 M. Units in Tower 1 are available for as low as P11,000 per month.

Avida Towers Centera also attracts buyers through its “in-city living” concept, which boasts of various amenity zones to cater to every lifestyle. This includes a two-floor retail area with shopping, dining and service establishments, which will be managed by the Ayala Malls Group.

I think this is my chance to own a condominium at Avida Towers Centera Tower 2, what do you think? :)
